1. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Check-In time is 2:00 PM (14:00) Thailand time. Check-Out time is 12:00 PM (12:00) noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

All direct bookings receive a confirmed voucher reference. Payment can be settled upon arrival in Thai Baht (THB) or major credit cards, or via advance bank transfer for peak season guarantees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may incur a one-night stay charge.

4. Guest Conduct & Safety

Guests are expected to observe standard resort rules, maintain quiet hours after 10:00 PM in quiet guest zones, and refrain from smoking inside room interiors (designated balcony/outdoor areas available).
